Castle Estates was founded back in 1980, giving years of property management experience. The dedicated Block Management wing was formed in 1997 to provide a quality comprehensive property management service encompassing all the services that may be needed by the owners and managers of blocks of flats and residential estates.
Based at our well resourced Milton Keynes head office, where we have the UKs largest Corporate Client Department, delivering top quality property management to blue chip companies with residential property interests, our Block Management department perfectly compliments this with a specialist service of its own.
Castle Estates Block Management is already responsible for a large portfolio of units in the London area and is supported by our local office in South London.

Unlike some estate agents or surveyors who dabble in block management as a sideline, Castle Estates Block Management is fully committed to the sector and is a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA), founded in 1992 to promote the highest professional standards in block management.
This is an aim with which we totally support and we are proud to be full members of the leading organisation for regulating block management activities. Currently only 150 companies in the whole of the UK are full members of ARMA
Our tailored approach offers management companies and residents' associations key Leaseholder support through a range of specific services, including:-
Estates Management - the day to day running of a development
Financial Management - effective administration of client accounts
Insurance - facilitate policies and claims for the building
Repairs and Maintenance - inspections and planned maintenance

BLOCK MANAGEMENT OUR SERVICES
Estate Management we will provide, amongst others, the following services:-
Regular visits to the property
Liaison meetings with the Residents Association Committee
Management inquiries from lessees
Day-to-day repairs to structure, plant, fixtures, fittings and equipment
Maintaining insurance policies
Arranging surveys and valuations Instructions to solicitors in relation to unpaid rent or service charges
Residents Association company secretarial services
Finance and accounts services include:-
Collecting and managing ground rent, services and other charges
Payments to suppliers, staff, contractors, authorities, professional advisers and insurers
Estimates of expenditure for service charge and repair and maintenance programmes
Employment and supervision of staff
Maintenance contracts for all plant and equipment
