If you choose a lower level of our lettings services but would still like us to do some additional work not included in the fee we'd be happy to offer that at an additional fee eg digital imagery at £120 incl VAT (£100+VAT) or negotiating and preparing a tenancy agreement at £120 incl VAT (£100+VAT).

For high specification properties we might agree with you to use an external inventory service which starts at £90 incl VAT (£75+VAT).
