This enables us to offer you highly competitive lettings fees from 6% incl VAT (5%+VAT) and our fully managed service at just 12% incl VAT (10%+VAT). Our fee structure is flexible, depending on the level of service you want.

We offer free valuation, no upfront cost and of course if there's no let, there's no fee. We do not charge re-let fees for lettings and when managing your property we do not charge any mark ups on contractor costs nor do we take commission payments.

We research and evaluate emerging property portals on a continuous basis to let your property faster for you. All of our tenants are independently referenced: This means that each tenant will undergo a credit check, a previous landlord check - ensuring that rent was always paid on time - and a full time permanent employment check.
